It is my opinion that whom ever cooks the breadfast is an asset to your company! My over medium eggs are always perfectly cooked! And the omlette and the hashbrowns are great as well.
This is why we order 3 times a week.

My sincere complement to the chef! I have been ordering over medium eggs and the are cooked perfect, just perfect. I used to order the vegi omelette and hubby orders the western omelette .we order 3 times a week. Always the food is cooked excelente.. our favorite was the bisquits and gravy nut due to our diets we have to give them up.. Jimmy's is the best in Amarillo;

We have been ordering the same Western Omelette and Very Veggie Omelette 3 times a week, and each time they get better and better ! KUDOS to Jimmy's Egg. The very best breakfast in town. Their Biskets and gravy are the best , always get extra gravy Jackie Dawson

The portions are great, and it's well cooked but there was absolutely no seasoning added to anything. The only flavor was the salt in the sausages (notable missing because they got eaten first). Dunno if this is a usual thing for this restaurant, but seasoning is your friend

Nice portions. Some of the lettuce had brown spots. No utensils. Coffee seemed way overpriced for the size and quality.
