I've tried to give this Jimmys the benefit of the doubt for a year now and and everytime I've ordered it's been horrible. Food is always either burnt or not cooked all the way, I have yet to get the right order, they will send you substitutions without notice and when you call they won't reimburse you. Tonight I ordered chicken and jojos, I received tiny pieces of chicken and burnt not edible jojos. You're better off saving money and getting fast food and saving.

The meatlovers was hard to chew, almost sticky. The dough did not rise (not enough yeast). The cheese was okay and behaving cheese curds were so salty we couldn't eat them.

I ordered a taco salad before and it was absolutely wonderful. This time it wasn't. Am wondering if someone was new in the kitchend or what cwould have changed so drastically.
