• 24-04-09You're never going to find a better burger for such a value. I don't know why anyone would buy anything other than Jim's. This place has never done a thing less than extraordinary.

• 24-01-06when I decided to put cherry in my drinks I didn't expect it to be 90% grenadine. taste like cough syrup. ranch has maybe a 1/3 of the cup filled. Spicy Cheese Curds were torn open and maybe got 4 good sized ones. bad overall just bad

• 25-10-22I asked for no pickles and no lettuce and no onions they put everything on I told them to not put anything on it made my buns soggy and the sandwich is horrible I also asked for two dipping sauces and I got charged for two but I did not receive any I ordered the Jimmy's which should have been french fries and onion rings together but when they came I had a pack of french fries with two onion rings

• 25-11-02Definitely does not travel well. The paper wrapping isn't good for keeping its freshness, so when you have it delivered, it's room temperature at best. Taste was fine, portions were good, but maybe switch to foil wrapping to preserve heat for orders.

• 23-04-10normally they're 5 star but the straw was stapled to the bag, staples sliced my hand, and a "large" shake was more like a regular with all the room in the cup. still good food though
