The salad, dressing, and gyoza were delicious. I ordered the JINYA Tonkotsu Black* and was very pleased with the char siu and seasoned egg. I made the mistake of not mixing the green onions well with the broth, which left the broth initially a little bland.

I eat a lot of ramen specially tonkotsu and so far this one is the worse. The noodles is so thick, vegetables is barely there like 2 and the meat is so small and no taste. The soup is taste like shoyu. $21 for this small bowl never again. Sorry but it is really not worth it. Noods ramen, Chefs ramen, Onoya ramen are just few good ramen to try.

The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna* was waaay over priced. Three tiny things of crispy rice with slightly fishy tuna for 15$. Not worth it. The JINYA Chicken Ramen was ok.

Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna* was not crispy and strange looking smooth lump of spicy tuna. Still tasted good though.

the Pork Gyoza (6pcs) is awesome and so is the sauce, but sadly lately they only put this tiny bit of sauce when you order it. It makes it not worth the order, I always thought the sauce was what made it worth the order.
