Food was amazing. The chicken was juicy, but Crispy. Fries were cold by the time they got here, but otherwise tasted alright. The Chickn itself were great pieces, each one big and plentiful. Would order again.

Long time fan of Jollibee. It's been a while sinc I've been there . There has been a change in the spicy chicken preparation. Instead of the external spicy powder being sprinkled on the chicken is now marinated. This created a much better spicy chicken experience. The marinade is delicous and gives you the spicy kick that is loved by spicy chicken fans. Spicy chicken is supposed to be spicy not in between!
However there was a mishap with the thighs in the order, I dont know if they accidentally marked them as spicy but NONE of them were properlymarinated with the spicy marinade. The legs were marinated perfectly and thats where Igot to try the new preparation. Im unsure why they failed to marinate the thighs properly or why they were erroneously marked as spicy but instead were mild! I do look for to my next experience and hope all pieces are properly marinated! When speaking withthe restaurant staff, they were very nice and professional over the phone when calling the restaurant prior to ordering.

Chicken so yummy and delicious. Thanks for not forgetting the gravy .... for this makes the chicken so perfect to taste. These two gravy containers are enough for the 10pc-chicken . Hope that you would take orders online always.

a piece of thigh is the smallest thigh that I have ever seen. Pineapple Quencher doesn't have much flavor. mac and cheese.. the cheese on the top is burned.
