A very filling and satisfying chicken sandwich - arguably the best out there - if you know when to order (they cook the chicken in batches, so you need to time it perfectly to get a hot meal, otherwise it'll arrive cold). Sandwich needed more mayo. Pass on the fries (they are too plain tasting); get the mashed potatoes or rice instead.

Chicken is too salty and not freshly cook and bloody inside. Spaghetti is bland taste and do not have enough sauce . Also packaging is poor like box is half open and also the bag is not properly close .

Chicken pieces are one of the larger ones amongst the competitors. Love that the bucket comes with generous amount of gravy, which is the main reason I prefer to order from here.

the chicken was a bit harder than usual. i guess i just hoped to receive the juicy and tender chicken i received on a previous order. the chicken also seemed smaller. the fries had hard bits and if it is to be delivered far like my place, it won't be as good as getting it fresh from the store. but i liked the fact that the fries weren't salty.

We really love the crispy and juicy inside chicken. And the gravy is so deliciously good. So jolly eating it.
