The food and a always good. I have yet to order a meal I wasn't happy with. The portions are great! The food is tasty and prepared just how I like it.

I ordered what I thought was a WHOLE
Rotisserie chicken. They charged me $22 for a 1/2 a chicken! The photo on the website shows a whole chicken, not a 1/2. If we ate in the restaurant, the 1/2 chicken would be $8. We Called the restaurant and spoke with Zoraida and she offered another meal to make it right. The other problem is there was no option to select Yellow rice. They sent white rice, and she said we would Have to call and ask them for Yellow rice. That's ridiculous!! What's the point of ordering through door dash if you have to call To get what you want?
I'll go out of my way to go to the restaurant and see if they make it right. If they do, I'll remove or adjust the review. I will say that the food was tasty. Just VERY over
Priced.

The food and portions was delicious. We ordered the fried chicken chuncks which had a lot of bones. Did not say it in the menu. Half the chicken was bones. But it was delicious withe the rice beans and Maduros. The salad was hot and  inedible.
While the bones and the salad were bad, overall the food was very tasty.

They always give you extra food or very large portions that could feed a family when you'd expect it to just be a single person combo. Everything is always so good. The only thing I didn't like was the Flan

amazing really hits the spot. so yummy especially on a winter day when I'm bed rotting and I don't wanna leave my bed and I need to rehydrate. Ultimate comfort food reminds me of back home in my childhood.. pure poetry in my mouth it's the perfect portion fresh ingredients. I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want gentrification to ruin this place. but my heart is torn and I want to say the truth. This is one of the gems of this neighborhood so don't ruin it.
