The food was good, the Mac and cheese is ok ,the fries are really good, but I wish they added more fries than mac in the plate. The chicken was amazing but the portion was smaller than when I got it in person

The burning rub wasn't that spicy at all, plus the chicken seemed old and didn't seem crispy or warm. Huge disappointment

We always order the GOAT sandwich (Nashville hot oil dipped) mainly for its spicy flavor. But today, it was not spicy at all compared to our last 4-5 orders and tasted bland. We are very disappointed with this inconsistency.
