Jungdon katsu serve authentic Japanese katsu like tonkatsu, chicken katsu and cheese katsu,
Always so crisp and crunchy and delicious, even after delivery. Everyone in the family clamors for it. Their katsu sauce is thinner than others but somehow so extra tasty. My daughter loves the curry sauce. We usually order Anshim, Chicken, and Cheese and then split them among four of us. Or two meats plus a side or two easily feeds three of us. It all reheats well too.
I'm grateful to the folks at Jungdon Katsu, it really helped keep us all happier during COVID lockdown. So glad they are still here - can't wait to try the sit-down restaurant!

I love this place!!! The Deluxe combo katsu was enough for 2 meals (I was sceptical of the price but now I get why it's $28) and the meat was juicy. They included 2 sauces, and this plentiful box will go down in history as some of my favorite katsu in the bay. Can't wait to try other things!!!

Huge portions. I thought at first it might be overpriced but you can easily feed two or have leftovers with the chicken Deluxe chicken katsu. The katsu was well flavored/ fried and quality ingredients in the sauces, sides, and chicken. The Shrimp & curry was really well flavored and also good portions for the price. Great packaging and flavors. Will definitely be a return option for me.

They got rid of the potato salad and the cabbage salad portion is so small now! :((( Otherwise the Anshim Katsu and Fish Katsu tasted great - nice and crispy. The portion size was enough for like 1-2 people. Cutout at the top of the containers helped prevent sogginess.

This place is legit - as good as the katsu in Japan. So crispy. My favorites are the agadashi tofu, miso, and katsu with curry on the side. I usually eat in, and when I delivery once I was pleasantly surprised the katsu was as crispy as when I eat there. 10/10!
