Sad. This is my favorite salad from here, today was just lettuce CORES, barely any chicken and hard avocado. Truly disappointing, won't be coming back.

So flavorless I went to the corner for a COVID test. Tomatoes were clearly past expiry and/or previously frozen, no chicken, and literally like ¾ cup almonds. They also forgot my add-ons. Never had this issue when I do pickups so all I can say is don't order the Cobb, and definitely don't order delivery.

I get this Avo Crunch Bowl all the time because it's my favorite. But this time, there wasn't any kale, cabbage and chipotle vinaigrette in my bowl. It was brown rice and quinoa with a little bit of carrot and around 4 pieces of beyond chicken. This was so disappointing because I thought I'd receive my favorite Just Salad bowl, but instead it I felt like I was just eating unseasoned brown rice. When the store runs out of so many of the essential ingredients for a bowl, they should just call the customer and ask if they want another bowl instead or if they just want to cancel their order. This makes me apprehensive to order again, because I don't know if I'll receive the bowl I ordered or just a pile of rice. Please inform your customers about missing ingredients. Thanks

Paid for extra and did not recieve it. Also instructions were not followed. Chicken poblano wrap had no sauce and mainly salad even after adding extra protein.
