A 1000 times better than before. They must have new chefs or new management because the food is amazing!! The fish is fresh and lots of variety.
Oh my gosh, the fried cheesecake is the best thing I've ever had. A must have!

Salmon was going bad, the roll had store bought mayo on top, quality of ingredients awful. Overpaid ($150) for such small rolls and the awful food received.

Sushi is a 5/5!! Best quality of sushi in area kantana Katana Roll* and Spicy Tuna Roll You won't be disappointed.
Gave 3 due to Chicken Teriyaki was overloaded with mushrooms and onion, hardly any meat. mushrooms and onions were a suprise and never listed as an ingredient. Will not order that again.

I absolutely love the E-Town Roll. Deep fried Eal is the best. And the salmon Poke is delicious with all the flavor combinations. I haven't found a poke anywhere else that compares

Sunrise Roll * was amazing. Udon was strange, large portion given but the broth was very oily and unlike any udon I've had before, and lacking in toppings I've usually gotten. Only two Tamago - Nigiri given for almost five dollar price.
