Perfection, as usual! The food here is soo god! I love the tonkatsu sauce and the balance of flavors with the Miso Honey Tofu burger. Yum!

The Chicken Katsu Bento was on sale so we decided to try it out. However, we got half of even one line of chicken. Not worth the price, chicken was dry and the best part of the meal was the sauce and the wasabi slaw. I do not recommend.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken burger and it was AMAZING. Big portion size. I will definitely be ordering this again! Also very easy and convenient to customize what is on the burger, I took off tomato and pickle. I also requested burger to be cut in half and the burger came with all customizations correct! Burger was also packaged with care and bag stapled shut which I love when getting food delivered! Thank you so much for an outstanding lunch!

I got the Godzilla Attack burger and it was so good! the ingredients were so fresh and the burger was very flavorful. the Fries were soggy and just okay. the portion was very generous though. I had to try a few of their sauces and im so glad I did! the Miso Honey Mustard was amazing 10/10. I also really liked the Nori Ranch - it was so unique. and of course, Spicy Mayonnaise is always good.

Katsu burger has been my favorite Burger restaurant since 2019, lately my orders have been really hit and miss however. Sometimes the bag of fries aren't even full and the katsu patties seem like they were fried for too long. I think the quality seems to wavier a lot depending on who's working that day, and later you order the lower quality meal you get. I'm also sad that you can no longer modify your burgers, I always have to take ingredients I don't like off before I can eat my burgers and there is often a lingering taste which partially sours the experience. I'm rating four stars because despite these issues Katsu is still leagues above a regular Burger joint like five guys (and cheaper for what you get), it just seems like some of the workers are just putting in next to no effort to make quality food.
