This is the best authentic Japanese ramen in all of the United States and I've been to New York, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles and somehow a location in the inland empire is the best and also has the best Japanese culture and mannerisms/ respects Japan does. Portions aren't overwhelming and healthy and the freshness of all all items are impeccable I will only order again from this restaurant, and specifically the Step 1- Tonkontsu Broth is amazing!!!

This was the best ramen I have ever had hands down! Better than anything I have had in little Tokyo LA. Definitely will order from Kaz again. For ordering something at 2 am the food was fresh and perfect portion.

Absolutely AMAZING RAMEN! Chicken is grilled to perfection, great flavor. The broth was phenomenal, great for this gloomy weather! They also taped my broth container to prevent spilling while being delivered, THANK YOU!
