I paid 17.99 for a small container of gumbo that was mostly rice. I would NOT have ordered it at that price but it was showing up like it was 8.99 when it was actually an additional 8.99 to the price of the regular size. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS TO CHARGE THAT MUCH FOR THAT SMALL AMOUNT OF GUMBO. AND IT DID NOT EVEN TASTE ALL THAT GREAT TO BEGIN WITH. I WILL NEVER ORDER IT AGAIN.

I had the Fried Shrimp Platter with shrimp fried rice and Boiled Corn it was hot a fresh however, it lacked flavor. The shrimp had just enough season to keep it from being bland but not enough to be tasty. To the rice I added soy sauce and duck sauce they provided, it helped a little, and finally the corn was vary flavorful and super spicy. I am visiting from VA and I expected the LA flavors to make an impact, still looking.

Well I did not ask for fries, toast and potato salad bc I cannot eat those due to dietary issues. I asked for all coleslaw. I guess no one read the ticket. Bummer but the shrimp is good.
