Second time ordering from Kencooks and everything was delicious! Portion size is very generous and worth the price. Coming from up north and moving down south my expectations were high, I can say compared to other food spots in Charlotte this is by far the best soul food I have tasted since moving here! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Omg I love Ken Cooks. This is my second time ordering and I'm highly satisfied with no complaints whatsoever. The food was freshly hot, well seasoned&cooked to perfection. The portion is absolutely worth the price. I got a roll on my last order but this order I got cornbread and it was so good. 10/10 I recommend and I will continue to order from here every single time.

My first time here and i definitely will be back ! Salmon fried to PERFECTION the plate over all 20/10 this was so great! And the owner ms Ken address me and the others if we have a door dash order pick up or delivery don't wait in line the young man at the register also very polite the place on the inside a whole vibe also got a red velvet cake and strawberry lemonade very delicious

My goodness! She made my day lol. Been needing her on DoorDash. Food is GREAT! Piping hot. Flavorful and Ms Ken gave me a box for free as a surprise ! With some different sides to try and of course i love extra meatloaf. Thank you! 5 stars! Portion was amazing! Ordering as much as i can .

"Ken’s cooking is consistently incredible—it hits the spot every single time. I really appreciate the extra care taken with DoorDash orders; she always staples the bags securely to ensure everything arrives safely. The pork chops are perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy, and the fried shrimp is consistently delicious. To top it all off, the tropical lemonade is a must-have. A solid 10/10 experience!"
