I really enjoy their fruit bowls the only thing is they melt a little fast which I know can't be helped so be prepared to have a few napkins but other than that always great flavors and service.

Smoothies were crunchy with ice and much more bland than usual (been going to Kiva for 20 or so years now). Also one cup was under filled by an inch or two.

I ordered 2 Bananarama shakes but they only made 1 and so the driver just delivered 1. When I called, they gave me the corporate number for a refund, however, there was no answer. When I asked if I want the other shake delivered, they don't know how! They should've check the orders and receipt before giving it to the driver!

Drink was good. Got a 12oz but tried mutiple lids, none proper fit tight. Resulting in spilling half the drink in the car
