• 25-12-17The chicken sandwich was not good..it's always juicy & tender ..and BIG....not this time, this was dry and chewy and smaller...the whole bottom half of the biscuit was missing and the wedges were very dry and hard

To go to Pollards to see what 4 pieces looks like. The leg looked like part of the win oil is always old. Chicken too dark. Terrible breading

• 25-08-21my doordash order came with a note from "Management" saying they didn't have enough chicken (16pc crispy) or biscuits so they sent whatever chicken they had left, and toasted sandwich buns instead of biscuits. My order was $73. I will definitely be reaching out to Management & Doordash
