The 3P Extra Crispy Chicken wasn't available so they gave me 4 pieces of regular chicken instead which was really nice. I'm actually happier with that because I got more food. Will order again just because of that. KFC is ridiculously expensive for what you get but I appreciate the attention to customer satisfaction this time so it was worth it!

Ordered the classic spicy chicken on BOGO, but they substituted it with the Spicy Big Crunch Sandwich without contacting me, and issued a $0.02 refund. Honestly, I would have preferred they cancelled and gave a proper refund.

the chicken sandwiches were very small in comparison to the advertisement and not very crunchy they seem to be freezer burnt chicken fillets out of a freezer nothing like the picture....

The Big Crunch sandwich was neither big nor crunchy. The bun was plain and squished flat. put sandwiches in a hard container not foil.
