The chicken was spot on and not greasy like you get at some stores, chips lovely and gravy nice and thick. We ordered a burger, and a 10 piece pack with sides. The burgers was great. Very nice quality, i was impressed. We ordered pepsi max and were given pepsi full sugar, being diabetic this was an issue and we couldn't drink it. However we were given a credit for this straight away.

Ordered 6 pieces hot and crispy which I thought were 6 chicken pieces of however they were tiny pieces and too salty to eat, ate 2 and threw the rest out, the chips were also excessively salty. Most of those got the bin too.
I usually get wicked wings which have always Been good but the pieces tonight were awful.

3 piece pack was small pieces overcooked and dry and chips no seasoning. Chicken in other box the same.

Don't order, you'll spend $40+ on a meal that is cold and stale. You'd think I would learn my lesson and stop giving kfc a chance but this literally happens EVERY time. Stone cold chips, hard room temperature chicken tough as a seatbelt, just appalling quality of food. They can't keep getting away with serving and charging for this! I've had enough. Should have stuck with Deep South chicken, it's always fresh and hot there! KFC has no respect for paying customers

chicken in 3 piece was old and dry.so was the tendering the wrap.this has happened quite often now.might try another fast food like burgerking.
