Chicken and fries were greasy and overcooked. The end result of being put into the fryer a second time to reheat it. Order was not correct either. Ordered a breast and a thigh. I received a leg (small) and two thighs. Goodbye KFC! Hello Popeyes!

Tenders were soggy and little under cooked. the breading didnt have any crunch to it. The gravey didnt taste like the normal KFC gravey. Not sure if ingredients changed or not but just tasted different. The Mac n Cheese was very very bland.

First I want to say that I love KFC and dont usually have any complaints. Today however was an off day for them. I ordered the extra crispy chicken and got original, and they put my biscuit on bottom which turned into mush after it soaked up the grease.
Still definitely going to be a KFC customer, just praying thier day gets better!

This was good since it was day crew. Night crew always forget item and food is not fresh and it's super greasy.
