I think someone working there must have deep fried our chicken once again after it had already sat for a while, or soaked it in water or something because that chicken looked and tasted very different than any KFC chicken I've ever had. When we got it, the bottom of the bag was greasy, then when I grabbed the box of chicken out of the bag, the bottom of the box had disintegrated due to all the grease/liquid coming off the chicken. It was tearing a hole in the bottom of the box and a piece of chicken was falling out. When we tasted the chicken, the skin had no flavor and was harder than normal. It didn't really tear very well when you bit into it. It tasted like someone had rinsed the seasoning off. When we bit into the chicken, water came pouring out of it and the inside of the skin was soggy.

My rating is starting to lower for this, my once favourite location. Yesterday they sent a bag that couldnt be closed it was so full (instead of sending two bags) and the driver had to carry it from the bottom. The onion rings were literally sitting open on top for the driver to accidently touch, or eat. Today they put the cold Macaroni Salad in the same bag with the hot Onion Rings. Lettuce on two of the Spicy Big Crunch Sandwich was brown. Also didnt get all the sauce i paid for. Service is starting to go downhill.

10 Piece Bucket and 3 Large Sides - 3 large sides were okay with an almost water gravy. The bucket we recieved had the smallest pieces of chicken which looks like these. Also, it's not even the end of the day to give us the last serving of chickens that they have in store. What a waste.

The Pepsi that I ordered online is not the one delivered. In DoorDash, it shows the original bottle of Pepsi but delivered the one with paper cup. I wish to get the original bottle one rather than the paper cup.
