The staff working tonight truly made my day. I've been up since 4:30 a.m., and after a long and challenging day, I accidentally messed up my own order. Naturally, that was almost enough to bring me to tears—I was so frustrated with myself. But your kindness turned everything around. Paid for dipping sauce, it was missing, fries tasted old and soggy, with only 4-5 popcorn pieces in the bag. Very disappointing.
