Chicken and fries were greasy and overcooked. The end result of being put into the fryer a second time to reheat it. Order was not correct either. Ordered a breast and a thigh. I received a leg (small) and two thighs. Goodbye KFC! Hello Popeyes!

Og chicken is always good but the chicken wings. Hot Ranch 6 pc. Hot Wings ComboThey were used to freshly cooked but now to save time they cook them all together and keep them in warmer forever. So everytime we order now they always come out dried, chewy, and a bad taste. Very disappointing. They used to be so good when freshly cooked.

Tenders were soggy and little under cooked. the breading didnt have any crunch to it. The gravey didnt taste like the normal KFC gravey. Not sure if ingredients changed or not but just tasted different. The Mac n Cheese was very very bland.
