The chicken pot pie was a little overcooked as we're the chicken wings.
We ordered 4 biscuits and only received
3 and 1/2 as the bottom was there not the top. We also ordered honey sauce I think 2-3 which was not received.

A lot of the food was missing or burnt, I couldn't eat much. whatever is left is burnt up and bland. The food was hot but overcooked. The chicken is super small and overcooked pieces as well. Likely will not order again.

Half of my order did not arrive. @ large Pepsi's, 2 mac and cheese, 1 chicken leg and one mashed potato. The chicken pieces that did arrive were very small. I still have not received my refund. This isn't the first time with that store.

We had the 3 piece chicken, 1 drum & 2 thighs with one side.
The chicken was old as if, it had been cooked and sitting in a bin too long, waiting for someone to order it.
The side is ridiculous, due to its very tiny serving dish. Don’t worry about getting too full eating it as, you will barely notice it's there.

I ordered the 4 piece combo 2 breast 2wings ... the wings were dry and overcooked... 1 breast was golden brown the other dark brown...it was supposed to be my favorite original yet 1 original and 1 crispy... and last but not least they forgot my two mash potatoes sides... it's like I got left over pieces ... not nice...so here we spent 30.00 dollars on chicken and delivery for the worst KFC experience of my life...the only thing that satisfied was the 2 Pepsi drink...we are in a nursing home so we're stuck with 30 dollars worth of disappointment... because we have no transportation... and they would not answer 3 phone calls to lodge a complaint... 😡...
