Had a great experience at KFC today! The food was super fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. I really loved how nicely everything was packed — clean, neat, and well organized. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. Big shoutout to the team for doing such an awesome job. Keep up the great work!

the chicken was rock hard and has definitely been under a broiler all day. smelled like dirty oil, waste of money. there was about a tablespoon of gravy on the poutine. complete waste of food and money.

Ordered a 6 piece with large popcorn chicken with large fries and gravy (6 piece Family Bucket Meals) and then substituted it for a 10 piece meal which come with 2 large fries and gravy no popcorn chicken and charged me a extra $1.00. I do not think 4 pieces of chicken + large fries = a popcorn chicken. If they could do my meal I would have rathered them give me an option. This was poor service I won't order KFC via DoorDash again.

Really surprised by the lack of portion. The bag of fries was half empty, maybe 10 popcorn chicken, 3 very small chicken fingers. I hate to complain but it was less than a happy meal and it cost $20
