Big Crunch Sandwich this burger has a large piece of chicken, which is hard to find with other fast food restaurants. Although the "crunch" part of it was non-existent. It was more of a soggy battered chicken breast.

I ordered a bucket of chicken when it arrived. It was disgusting. There was about a half an inch of grease in the bucket. All the skin was off of the chicken and all laying on top. I will never order from again. I reached out and I got a credit for $17 when I spent Like $90.

gave my a tiny box of popcorn chicken instead of the Popcorn Bucket that I paid for, 20 dollars for a tiny thing of chicken is insane and idk how you can mistake one for the other lmao. I wasn't very impressed this time around

Chicken was all mushy, no crispness at all, but it's a long drive from there to here and the bag was done up tightly so the moisture from the steam couldn't escape, so it's understandable.
