I loved the Mashed Potatoes and the Mac & Cheese, but the Biscuits are on another level altogether.

Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability.
Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us.

Thigh meat was tough and stringy. Very fatty too. By the time all the fat was picked off, very little meat. Had a funny taste too.

I ordered this deal thinking it would be like a regular size family deal. No, it wasn't. What one person is going to eat 6 pieces of chicken? The sides could have been a little bigger for the price.

Food was not an issue, once we received it the order was correct, hot, and delicious. My concern is this is the third time I have ordered food and had to wait over 20 minutes to receive "fast food" dinner, at this location. I understand sometimes there can be delays but not every time. This was a doordash order a prepaid. It was attempted to be picked up 20-30 minutes later but it was still not ready for another 20 plus minutes.
