• 26-06-08The chicken looked and tasted like it had either been sitting all day or it was over cooked. The potato wedges was like chewing on the bottom of a shoe.

• 25-11-116 pc. Hot & Spicy Wings was my pick up order...I arrived at restaurant preceded to drivethru and was told through speaker that the store was closed. i responded by saying "i have a doordash pick up order" then after waiting for about 2 minutes, some one says pull around so i do. when i get to window, a different employee asks if the order is for me... I simply said "its a doordash order " and im immediately confused about why it would matter whos order it belongs to. after waiting at window for about 5 minutes, Im handed a bag by a 3rd staff member. I take my bag and drive off. 10 minutes later I arrive home, open my order and see they gave me 4 cold, unfresh dry wings, 1 wing extra small and they put 2 old , dry, cold chicken tenders/strips in the box and that's what I got after ordering 6 pc. Hot & Spicy Wings ... highly disappointed in this entire experience and saddened a bit because I love KFC, the Hot & Spicy Wings specifically but not tonight. why serve poor quality food ?
