Austin was right on time and very courteous. Both original and extra crispy chicken 16 pc. Chicken Only was hot and delicious!

worst chicken, dry as a bone and tough Coleslaw was dry w/no flavor. Biscuits were hard as a rock and they didn't have any flavor either. This 4 piece dinner was awful and I paid extra for the coleslaw.
I ordered the apple bites thinking they would be great. Fooled again!!!

The Mac n cheese wasn't even half full. Fries were cold (which was a substitute for mashed potatoes and gravy due to the store having no gravy) and there were no legs in the bucket because they were out. rather disappointed for the price paid and fees added to order

The chicken was too greasy. There were no wings and only one drumstick in the bucket. I ordered mashed potatoes and coleslaw but received two big containers of mashed potatoes. 4 biscuits was supposed to have came with the order, i only received 2 and they were cold

This is the second time getting the hot wings and being thoroughly disappointed. The wedges were old and tough and I don't know if the wings just sat under a lamp but they were again fumigating I so t be giving this KFC a try again.
