• 22-02-19Got the 5 piece tender box. they forgot my sauce, the tenders were dried and burnt, the fries were soggy, but the mashed potatoes and gravy was perfect, so 3 stars. I won't get this again. I'll stick to Chicken Littles.

• 25-06-19I should have listened to myself when I asked, "should I order from KFC in the last hour they're open?" Despite this I ordered. My concerns were spot on. We ordered two Taste of KFC 2 pc. Deals. They were supposed to come with 1 thigh and 1 drum. We got two boxes with 2 very dried out drums and dry stale biscuits. Clearly the end of night dregs. I won't make that mistake again. Rookie move.

last time they told me what I ordered was not on the menu at the drive through. I pulled out, ordered online instead and they had it no issues.
time before that they forgot another part of my order as well.
