Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich on fresh, white hoagie bun was absolutely delicious!! Actually was able to save half of it for later. I will definitely be ordering from here again. They made 2 separate Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich in this order both made with different requests on point Kickback Jacks made them both with hot fresh cut fries 🍟 that was just as delicious as the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich!! can't wait to order from here again! one of the few places that can make the order without making the customer disappointed!! keep it up Kickback Jacks!!

Tasty sandwich- generous steak portion ; with cheese still hot when picked up. Ate in restaurant bar. Friendly staff... Hand cut fries seasoned well.

They forgot to put all the grilled chicken for all three of our salads in the Dasher's bag. When I called they were apologetic but my parents still had to drive all the way there in the rain to get it, which defeats the point of paying for Door Dash (they are taking care of me after surgery so I did not like them having to do even more for me at all). This restaurant has greatly improved in service and quality over the last few months though, so this is an unusal mistake. All of the salad greens were great quality, no wimpy leaves, and the chicken was tender and not overseasoned.

Egg rolls were not fully cooked . Still raw and rubbery tasting . They didn't even cut them in half like they usually do . Pasta was dry and serving was small . Disappointed

The sauce wasn't even on the pasta and it was more pasta then anything. Completely wasted my money.
The wings didn't take like they had and sauce on them.
It was like they don't have any quality control.
I had to wasted my lunch with this?
All this hype and it was a complete letdown. 2/10 would not recommend.
