I visited this location August 19, customer service was great! They were friendly and helpful! I actually had received food that was prepared with incorrect ingredients the day before, but they assisted me and fixed the issues. The food was fresh and everything tasted amazing! The spicy KFC TAKOS ARE MY NEW GO TO AT KIMCHI GUYS! They were soooo good! The nachos were really good too!

Have had this before and it's been good but this time was disappointing. Fried rice had big chunks of basically raw carrots and was pretty flavorless. And the carrot side was $3.25 and it came in a sauce container. Was expecting more than that for that price.

The tender 4-Piece Tender Combo has great value and tastes delicious! The spicy original sauce is so flavorful, but I recommend getting sauce on the side because it is quite spicy. Fries came lukewarm which wasn't ideal but they had good flavor. I really loved the chicken from here :)

Overall it was good, not great. The beef bulgogi tasted under-marinated, but the mix of veggies in the bibimbap was good and they did a good job keeping the egg yolk runny. Generous overall size and very filling. Personally, I could have used a bit more of the gochujang-type sauce they use - it's delicious.

The Bibimbap Bowl was very tasty and so was the KFC Krunch Wrap . We were disappointed with the size of the sides, specifically the Spicy Cucumber Kimchi and the sauces Kimchi Mayo Side which were very tiny. The brownie was very dried out also and I was really looking forward to it! So that was a bummer - it doesn't feel like you get your money's worth for any of the sides or sauces.
