Kings makes the best salads. I know it's not something you think of when you think of a tavern, but this is my go-to place in Keswick overall for salads. The dressings are home made and everything is always so fresh and high quality. This time I had the beef tenderloin caprese. Steak was cooked perfectly (and they followed my instructions to cook it through because im pregnant and it was still so tender!). They didn't cheap out on the fresh mozzarella and the balsamic dressing is the best!

Bacon Cheese Rice Balls are HUGE; too big for appetizer size. Enjoyed the California Blackened Salmon Salad, but would prefer the walnuts to be sweetened. Buffalo Wrap was average. We usually enjoy the food from King's Tavern, so this is an unually low rated review from us. This was the first time we ordered these items, and we didn't enjoy them enough to order them again.

ordered a turkey club. one of the worst I've had. bread was stale and dry and the turkey also dry and sliced thick and stacked 3 pieces high. no mayo on or on the side. was pretty disappointed

Once again, King's Tavern knocked it out of the park. Bacon wrapped Blanket Wrap Meat Loaf Pub Fare was delicious and Steak Melt Sandwich was cooked to perfection. Happy to order from here again.

the whole meal was inedible. burger was burned, dry, and tough to chew. fries lacked any flavour at all and tasted almost raw
