Karrage Ramen is my favorite ramen in Cbus so far, nothing comes close. The broth is soo rich and creamy, fried chicken is so good. I personally just don't add bean sprouts - good thing they package the broth separately so that I can strain just the liquid to the bowl

The Tuna Crispy Rice (4) pieces are HUGE!! The Shishito Garlic peppers were really tasty and you get so many of them and that Amazing Bite roll is incredible. Everything tasted so fresh, this was a great meal, can't wait to eat there again.

I got the Spicy Miso Ramen and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I would have give it a 2. I gave it a 3 because the portion size for the ramen was good. however, the Pork Xiaolong Bao (5) was not worth the price. they were bland and most were stuck together so I had to pull them apart causing all the soup to just drain out. they also are alot smaller than the picture makes them appear. 2 out of 5. the ramen was sweet. there was NO SPICE what so ever.. to the point where I almost think they may have given me the wrong broth. 2 out of 5 for lack of flavor and spice. the chicken and shrimp in the ramen were cooked to perfection so that gave them back one point. other than that I wouldn't order spicy ramen per say from here. I'll stick to Sakura for that.

Green Dragon Roll was.... not what I expected for the price.
Same with the Miso Ramen. The bowel wasn't even half full.
I had also ordered corn with mine and there was like 10 pieces.
It's kind of crazy that corn and the egg cost extra when so many other places have that included by default. Noodles and broth were a little sad, the meat was very good though.
The Thai Tea was fine, I guess.

SO GOOD! Just moved here from NYC, and was worried I wouldn't find a good ramen spot. One of the best I've had. The Tan Tan Men was perfect.. spring rolls and kimchi so fresh. Great portions. Just overall perfect. So happy and can't wait to order again:)
