Everything was prepared perfectly, the Hibachi Scallops was fresh, hot and delicious, the Tiger Roll was fresh (I added cucumber and cream cheese inside), and the salads were fresh and yummy as well. My only complaints are I didn't receive my clear soup that I ordered and they didn't provide chopsticks, but they did provide napkins and regular utensils. Very good food quality!

Koi Express never fails to impress! They are one of the most consistent restaurants in the area. Everything is always fresh and they pay such close attention to detail and special requests. This is the second night this week we've ordered from Koi. Portions are generous and they really go above and beyond. You can never go wrong with the Crab Rangoon and the Kentucky Roll. Excellent meal!

Steak/CHK/SHR the steak was burnt and hard. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The portion was small, only 10 small pieces of steak and 6 side scallops for the prices. The rice did not taste fresh either.Absolutely would not order again.

Koi Express has the best sushi in the area! Their food is always super fresh and my orders correct. The Kentucky Roll is A-mazing! And the Crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had. The staff at the restaurant are so attentive- you can tell how much they love what they do! Definitely my favorite Frankfort restaurant.

The hibachi chicken teriyaki is the best! Great mix of veggies chicken and rice. The spring rolls are absolutely delicious and the sauce that comes with them has the perfect amount of heat. Food is always hot, fresh, and tastes great! Quick ordering and service.
