Don't get me wrong in my prior review. My issue is only in the description on the menu and the way in which the new handlers of the restaurant as well as doordash customer service handled the situation. The chicken itself, as well as price, are delicious and reasonable. The chicken is fried, then covered in a wonderful sauce, I actually need jarred. It's tender and juicy and falls right off the bone. It beats KFC down the street. 😋 2days in a row. Worth having everybody 😉20 Stars Hands Down Easily!

Egwusi soup and pounded yam is very wholesome and rich and nutritious, and especially delicious! it was eaten before I got a picture, sorry. 😆 Third time I've gotten it, before with fish and then with chicken. Today it was with oxtail, and that's tender and smoky and also tasty. Had some nice fried plantain on the side, those are always good. I'll for sure order here again and recommend the food here to Friends. Thank you!

I used to order from here a lot. It's been a minute since I have and ordered the side of stewed beef and fufu. The side was three squares of super dry meat and barely any sauce. Super sad that the quality has gone down. I do like that they now wrap their fufu in banana leave tho!

I feel a little cold/dry throat coming on so I ordered the pepper soup and it was so delicious. I love it spicy and the spice level was just right. They are generous with the quantity of goat meat too. This wasn't my first time having it from here and it def won't be my last

Good seasoning but unfortunately what I recieved is overpriced for the amount I paid. I received two pieces of beef for the Stewed beef, honestly not bad but I really was hoping for some vegetables like the picture shows. Was a bit too dry as well, but again, it was seasoned well. Same with the white rice--just not enough for the $7 paid. That being said, I'd probably go in person to try the food. I imagine it's better that way!
