Wonderful! The Guacamole & Chips and Salsa was so tasty and fresh. The V Burrito my husband said is really good. I had the Salvadorian Enchiladas which were delicious. Fresh and homemade. I know because I found a bay leaf in my carnitas. The Flan is a bit on the thin side but the Churros look and smell great. We will definitely order again.

Kokos by Valentina : V burrito and Chicken taco.
The burrito was 15 dollars and was substantially less than places that are much more authentic. If I had to label it it feels like hipster food inspired by latin descent. The burrito was steak and was really decent flavor wise. I did not see an option to select a meat for the tacos, I was seeking a carne asada taco but i ended up with Chicken tacos. They were fairly delicious though. Again as far as like authentic latin maybe. I can not say for certain as I am Mexican and I have a certain expectation. This was much less filling and worth the money. For a burrito I would rather hit el rey burro in yelm, or even alibertos in lacey/olympia. It definitely was lackluster in its entirety. However!, The tortillas for the tacos, were the best I have had in WA so far. I will not be ordering them again but it is not bad, I looked into their location and the pics are very much an experience which may make the food issues i had be overlooked but i was eating this at my dinner table and found it lackluster. However, thats just my opinion which we are all entitled to.

We ordered a burrito and it had nothing but steak. For 15.00 I would hope for a lot more than just a tortilla and steak.

The $20 seafood enchilada is made with two of the tiniest tortillas that you've ever seen --- approximately four forks wide. Needless to say, I was still extremely hungry after finishing it.
To add insult to injury, I ordered my food without cheese or sour cream, and naturally, they put cheese on the beans.

Our food arrived warm and fresh. The carnitas are a great addition to any dish. We especially enjoyed it in the Poblano Cashew Enchiladas. Each dish felt like there was thought and care behind it. Great flavor and intentionality!
