Great customer service. I ordered two veggie patties, but they were marked as out of stock and replaced with meat, which is not suitable as the recipient is vegetarian. I called the store to request a refund, but they informed me that the DoorDash system wouldn’t allow them to make the change. I went onto the app to request the refund and got sorted out. The Patties (Chicken & Beef, with a spicy in each) were delicious! Krazy Jerk never disappoints!

The flavor was good but the oxtail and brown stew chicken (especially the chicken) was SO boney it was actually hard to eat without constant bits of bone. Oxtail was good but very skimpy. Hardly any meat. Fried dumpling ended up being the best part. Disappointing. Price was extremely high.

Ordered the "LARGE" jerk chicken and it was hardly 3 pieces of chicken. The chicken seemed like it was old. I usually order from a different carribbean restaurant and thought it was would try this place. 2 thumbs down, overpriced and quality of food is terrible.

Oxtail was 30$ for fatty pieces. We got a rum cake instead of sweet potat pie and got 4 tiny pieces of chicken for 30$ a little overpriced for the portion. Definitely not our usual experience when we pay these prices at Caribbean restos

Plantains were NOT ripe. I would have preferred the restaurant to say they were unavailable. Jerk Chicken was flavorful but a bit on the dry side. Oxtail was a lot of bones with no meat. Maybe 5 pieces included with meat.
