Instead of fresh donuts I got old donuts. There was no glaze shell on the donuts like usual crispy creme donuts. They were cold and wet, with little glaze and halfway stale bread. I'd expect this from a small donut shop with donuts they're about to throw out

I ordered a dozen donuts including chocolate frosting and glazed around 4:00 PM to give to my grandchildren. The donuts were hard and tasted as if they were two days old. We tasted 3 of the donuts and threw all of them away. I will never order from here again!!

My donuts were picked upfrom a gas station, not the KK store. Beware of this. They were old and had been microwaved and there was none of the signature glaze left on them. Very disappointing.

These were clearly not fresh from an actual Krispy Kreme store. More like gas station donuts that have been sitting for a couple of days. I should have known it was too good to be true.
