We hadn't eaten your donuts for about 10 years. So this morning we were anxious to enjoy the glazed & chocolate topped donuts we remembered.
Instead of fresh, warm, soft & fluffy donuts, these were refrigerated cold donuts. Plus they are smaller than I remember them being.
What has happened to Krispy Kreme donuts?

While staying at Hillcrest Medical Center, we wanted to show our appreciation to our nurses. In my experience Krispy Kreme donuts ,a least in Springfield Mo, are light, fluffy and well worth the expense. We spent 41.87 for 2 dozen donuts including fees delivery and taxes it neared 60. The donuts we received were not light and fluffy and were dark brown. They were an embarrassing gift of gratitude for those nurses that have done so much for my wife and her care over the past week.

The donuts seemed to be made several hours old. The glaze on the donuts were wet meaning they have been to long on the shelf. Was very disappointed and won't come back. Also the donuts are a lot smaller then before. Your competitors will take over your bad donuts. Get out of town while you still can. What a shame your donuts use to be good.

Stale, unappealing, and old donuts. I received a box of donuts that looked and tasted a couple of days old. the glazed donuts were mushy and slimy and the others tasted stale and old. It ended up straight in the trash. They used to be delivered fresh from the store but now apparently it's packaged and delivered to dashmart (allegedly) every morning and left there all day. I contacted support promptly and received a full refund.
