Ordered the 4 piece chicken Krispy Chicken + Biscuit as well as the mashed potatoes with gravy.
Everything was wonderful, except the Honey Biscuits, the center tasted like raw dough. I'm not sure if it was not baked long enough or if the honey changed its texture.
Otherwise, a perfect meal for the price!

Jumbo Tenders Krunch Box
A little constructive feedback: the biscuits needed to be cooked a bit longer, as they arrived with the inside still soft and doughy. The same goes for the mac and cheese—the pasta was slightly undercooked and could have used a little more cooking time. Hopefully this can be improved next time!

Food was old not fresh. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the chicken had to be reheated. I only live a few blocks but since I didn't have my car I ordered it. Zero stars The west location would never.
