In general I'm happy with Kwik Trip but twice now they've been out of the bread I ordered and instead of calling or substituting a different kind they've just skipped it and said they'd refund me for the missing bread. I wish you would call or substitute. Now I still haven't got bread.

The mocha macchiato frappe had almost no flavor and the cup was not full. Something was clearly missing from it. I also didn't receive the two bottles of half and half that I ordered, and no straws were included for the frappes.

they did not have Frappuccino that I ordered and subbed with a product I dont like..they did send apology from manager for the sub..I still love kwik trip..but I would have rather not been subbed the other products. the other food that was ordered was awesome as usual

I ordered a gallon of chocolate milk on 2/20, but received white milk instead. So I tried re-ordering the chocolate milk on 2/21, and again got white milk instead. I don't think I'll try a third time. I have more than enough white milk now.

Ordered chicken salad sandwich but got turkey and swiss. Will check sooner next time. Chocolate shake is grainy.
