La brasa grill opened its first rotisserie in 2005, and since then…
The "chicken stir fry" which I think is meal 6 (or 7 idk), anyway-- always fire, knowing exactly what to expect.
And then I got also this time basically just the steak and rice and beans… Close to what would just be basically a chorasco meal anywhere else...also fire, as always.
Both meals we added a couple of cilantro garlic sauces to and sheeeessshhhh, never misses either!
This particular order, though, I also want to add that we ordered with legit only 3 mins left to order from La Brasa and they put it together, cooked it, fresh like always...we didn't get some slopped together "hurry up and close" meals from the kitchen , which says a lot about the pride and character of the owners and management, the restaurant in and of itself. THIS will keep me coming back even if the food was just basic and not top shelf, but it's a home run this time.

Estaba buscando algún fast food y vi la brasa y realmente te recomiendo este restaurant la comida deliciosa el pollo asado fresco las porción de salsa incluidas súper ricas los frijoles con muy buen sabor muchas gracias I will order again

Decepcionada totalmente, el arroz chaufa está demasiado salado no se puede ni comer y la carne con papas ni que decir la carne súper delgada parece hoja de papel encima está dura como piedra, y esta fue la cantidad que recibí, definitivamente no vuelvo a pedir aquí. Perdí dinero en una comida horrible que no se puede ni comer.

The yuca Fried Yuca was amazing! And the Chicken empanada was mouth watering definitely recommend it! The Meal 3 was great! Huge portions def can be made into two meals.
