The flavours of the ice cream were amazing and you can tell it's super fresh but unfortunately it was grainy which took away from the experience. If they correct the grainy issue I would order again but otherwise I would skip out. I'll try again to see if my luck changes

The cookie dough is pretty good and their WAFFLEWICH is a good size. However the Dubai Kunefe Pistachio Crepe is very disappointing. It looks nothing like the picture and is so small and sad. The cookie The Cookie Monster is also tiny and such a rip off for the price.

ice cream not mixed properly, very grainy and separated though the flavor was good. Staff seemed very overwhelmed in the store. all my items were premade but it took around 40 minutes total to receive my order (pickup). I don't blame the staff but I believe they deserve more training to adequately handle orders. Tiramisu cake slice was frozen solid which i did not anticipate.

I saw some reviews about graininess in the soft serve - but I ordered hoping they would have potentially fixed their quality issue. The ice cream is so gritty, it really affects the taste of it. The ice cream was also very melted, however I do expect that usually slight to account for delivery. But overall, I would order again. I as well got some cookie dough, which was decent.
