I ordered a half a chicken but was given two pieces of dry white meat instead. Both the chicken and potatoes were sitting in an oily sauce. The potatoes were cold and too garlicky. Disappointing.

Barely any chicken in the wrap at all because they used dark meat, literally no meat on one half of the wrap

The pick up experience was tough, definitely needs improvement. Two young women were trying, seemed to need organizing. The rice and beans were the highlight of the meal. The yuca not so much, had potential but just needed a longer fry time or smaller pieces.

The beef and the chicken pieces are extremely dry and hard! The rice is very dry and salted, zero flavor. Unfortunately I have to put the whole food in the garbage . The yucca is good but they dont send me the sauce.
