Ordered the Vanilla & Fresh Fruit Cake (8") for birthday and the store did NOT add the birthday plaque :(
Cake was good -- sponge like with fruit filling. It was not too sweet.
They do box it up in a very sturdy box.

I love this place. One of my favorites to purchase a coffee and concha. First time trying the Champurrado, not really a fan. Lacked flavor. I'll stick to my usual order which is a Cafe de olla and some concha's. First time trying the cakes and it was good. Will order the Flan again for sure.

Champurra was horrible taste like water and the tres leches cake was the worse I ever had it's like they just pored a little bit of milk in it. Way overpriced so disappointing.

Here's an image of the box costs me $40. It's the smallest thing I've ever seen. I've left a $20 bill for measurements sake. I don't think I will be purchasing anything from the store. Again. These are like mini, mini bites, size cookies. I expected at least double the amount, but maybe I'm asking for too much with the economy being what it is. I should've gone down to the corner bakery. As a big every single day. They don't look fresh and I'm not sure I'd like to taste them. No, I would not order again.
