The fish, shrimp & squid ceviche must be a new option from this place! Been a longtime fan of their fish & shrimp ceviche, but this one with squid is even better. Ordered it with the Verde (hot) spiciness level - (there are three levels spiciness options- mild, medium and hot). I like spicy and the Verde option is *chefs kiss* perfect.
Not pictured, but it comes with a side of either: 1. tortilla chips (the thick homemade kind that are sturdy enough for scooping out ceviche) 2. Saltine crackers or 3. Tostadas.
I've tried all three and my personal favorite are the tortilla chips.

As someone who never liked seafood I love this food truck. I have tried almost everything on their menu and have yet to find something I don't like the shrimp and fish tacos are to die for and the mango habanero ceviche is so perfectly spicy and acidic I would recommend this place to any and everybody!!!

The ceviche has very little fish and shrimp is almost 70 percent only vegetables, I think that for 21 dollars it is not a very good option

I'm a seafood fiend but not a frequent food truck visitor. Tried their fish taco, seafood soup, and mango habanero ceviche. My jaw is on the floor - their ceviche is out of this world. Tacos have a wonderfully tangy cucumber slaw with that crispy fish, and the soup came full of ingredients. Sensational.
