Food was good. I would give it 7.5/10
Truly autentic Nigerian food. Egusi soup/ iyan(pando)with Beef had Bold flavor and very generous with meat. It was a bit oily and portion size was small for the price. The Meat Pie was also tasty and had a flaky crust.

The Egusi Soup (Side) was gritty like sand was in it and very lumpy and tasted burnt. The Jollof Rice with chicken tasted old and the chicken tasted old as well and was extra dry and burnt as well. The Swallow was nice good texture. I truly don't recommend this place. I will stick to Kemi's. We also ordered egusi with beef. The beef was extra dry and the egusi was gritty as well.

the MEAT PIE and DESINGNER TILAPIA FISH WITH PLANTAIN were delicious! The meat pie was buttery. I wish it had more filling though. although, the DESINGNER TILAPIA FISH WITH PLANTAIN was delicious, I was disappointed by the small size of the fish.

I'm going to be as fair and balanced as possible. The food is too inconsitent- I don't know if this is a quality control issue or a cutting corners issue. Sometimes the beef is just horrible cuts of fat, the turkey is 80% bone, the meat pie is hard as a stone with barely any filling and the egusi tastes like there's sand in it. Once in a while they do get it right. Nigerian restaurants need to do some introspection, you can't consistently have some of the most expensive menus with quality that doesn't match your asking price. Recipe for disaster in the long run. 6/10

The veggie soup is barely barely enough to eat the swallow. They also added very little red soup on the veggie. Why is it like this despite paying $28 for the food
