The fish portions were generous and arrived hot & fresh . The dill pickle spears are heavily breaded, but the pickles are very flavorful and made the overall combination perfect! Good onion rings & regular poutine sides! Overall, a tasty meal!!

fantastic Haddock and chips. First, the French fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned.... something so small, but makes a HUGE difference. I would absolutely swing by for their fries, even if I'm not in the mood for fish... they're really that good.
I chose the 'extra crispy' option, and I was NOT disappointed. Usually, the batter is all soft and soggy before it arrives.... but these remained C-R-I-S-P-Y!!! Every bite had an amazing crunch... no soggy batter anywhere. Kudos for that! The quality of the haddock was great... no fatty deposits you can often find in subpar pieces. Every bite was light and flaky. The oil it was cooked in was incredibly clean; so both the smell and taste were on point.
Can't wait to share this spot with the man. I know he's going to absolutely be in heaven.

I generally give Lakeport a 5 star, not this time. The pieces of fish were smaller and a large battered mushrooms taxes in $14.00, C'mon, $6.00 at best!

Portion was size for a toddler and I ordered Haddock and I was sent pollock I wish they could teach employees to read so they can see what the order is and the Battered Mushrooms were over cooked very lovely dark colour yet it was sent out . Since they have no problem messing up and obviously don't care I will not order again waste of money .Id be embarrassed to allow staff to serve garbage and the wrong items
