Delicious, thick, long noodles. Large portions of meat. A bit too salty than I think is necessary, but still great.
Definitely needs bigger boba straws though, the boba just gets stuck on its way up.

The broth is solid and the noodles are nice! However, my main complaint is that there were just 3 SMALL pieces of beef in my braised beef noodle soup :/

We are regular customers of this place, but we're super disappointed that the serving size SIGNIFICANTLY shrunk, especially the SCALLION OIL葱油

The braised beef noodle with Angel hair noodles, was delicious and very flavorful. The beef, noodles, and broth are the stars of this dish! The braised pear and rock sugar drink is a scrumptious creation that should not be overlooked! The pear flavor is exceptionally deep, yet the rock sugar does not over take the fruity and floral notes, but balances the flavor. You really do get the sense you are drinking a pear cordial but without the alcohol... deliciousness in a cup!

I was pretty disappointed by the quality. In the spicy beef noodle (dry), I specified no peanuts but it arrived with peanuts. The beef texture was mushy and the sauce tasted instant. The redeeming factor were the wide flat noodles, which were still a nice, bouncy texture. The spicy popcorn chicken was dry and didn't have much flavor. Most of it were just deep fried pieces of batter or skin rather than chicken. Unfortunately, this meal didn't hit the spot and I don't think I'll be trying it again.
